TOGABE PRE & PRIMARY SCHOOL is looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, increase student enrollment, and promote the school's programs and brand within the community and beyond.

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the school. - Drive student enrollment through targeted outreach, campaigns, and community engagement. - Manage promotional campaigns across digital and traditional media channels. - Coordinate and oversee school outreach programs, open days, and promotional events. - Build and maintain relationships with parents, community leaders, and stakeholders. - Oversee all digital marketing activities including social media, website content, and online advertising. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for management. - Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to expand the school's reach.

- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. - Proven experience (2–4 years) in marketing, sales, or business development. - Strong communication and customer relationship management skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media promotion. - Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns independently. - Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
