Admission Process

Our admission process is clear and straightforward. Follow these five steps to enroll at TOGABE SCHOOLS.

Submit Application Form
Complete and submit the official TOGABE Pre & Primary School admission application form. Forms are available at the school office or by contacting us.

Provide Required Documents
Gather and submit all required academic documents, identification documents, and photographs as listed in the requirements section.

Admission Assessment
Attend an admission assessment where applicable. This helps us place your child in the right class and program level for their ability.

Receive Confirmation
Receive your official admission confirmation letter from the school. This will include your child's class placement and start date.

Complete Registration
Complete the final registration process, pay the required fees, and collect your school materials, uniform information, and timetable.

Nursery Education
Ages 2 – 5
Child must be between 2 and 5 years of age at time of enrollment
Official birth certificate (original and copy)
Medical immunization records
Two recent passport-size photographs of the child
Parent or guardian valid national ID
Brief welcome meeting with the nursery class teacher
Standard 1 Entry
Age 6 – 7
Child must be at least 6 years of age for Standard 1 entry
Nursery or pre-primary completion records (where available)
Official birth certificate (original and copy)

Standard 2 – 7 Transfer
Ages 7 – 13

We follow the Tanzania national academic calendar. Term 1 begins in January. We recommend applying at least one month before the term starts to secure your child's place.
We accept children from age 2 into our Nursery program. For Standard 1 entry, children should be at least 6 years old. Contact us if you are unsure about the right class for your child.
